There is no telephone line to where the Hostel is located.

The hostel telephone is a long-range cordless with the base located in Dawson City......... about 400 meters to the hostel across the Yukon River.
And it works.........but not perfectly and if calling above number and you encounter strange signals, get cut-off or no answer PLEASE try again.
It also might mean that I am out of range with the telephone.

Best times to call are 9am to noon and 4 pm to 11 pm.
